Patrick T. Malone, with over thirty five years of experience in operations and sales management, is a Senior Partner at PAR. Before joining the company in 1989 as Senior Consultant, Patrick worked in a variety of positions from Customer Service to National Sales Manager with the American Greetings Corporation and The Scott Companies.

At The PAR Group, he has worked with a number of Fortune 500 clients including Hewlett-Packard, Ft. Dodge Animal Health, DuPont, the United Way, Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, Siemens Medical, Verizon Wireless, Sensient Technologies, Banfield: The Pet Hospital, and the American Cancer Society. His consultancy has taken him into the global marketplace where he has delivered PAR seminars in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Malaysia, Brazil, Australia, China (including Hong Kong,) and all over the United States.

Patrick, educated at John Carroll University, is a frequent speaker at industry and management conferences including Frontline Forum of the American School of International Management, the Business Schools at Kennesaw State University and Georgia State University, the Colleges of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State, Iowa State, Florida, Minnesota and Tufts University and the American Society of Training and Development.

As a member of Sales and Marketing Executives of Atlanta, he held numerous positions in the organization including Executive Vice President. A member of the Professional Services Executives Roundtable, the CEO Action Group, Patrick has served as the National Board President of The Compassionate Friends, Inc., an international support group for bereaved parents, and is a former Trustee of The TCF Foundation, Inc.

Patrick serves as President of LMMA Inc., a motorcycle awareness non-profit organization dedicated to motorcycle safety. He also is a consultant/expert for bizymoms.com, the premier work-at-home community on the Internet with more than 5 million visitors each year.
